How Voralgo collects, uses and protects your personal data.
Data collected
We collect the data needed to create your account (email, name), manage your subscription and use the bots (license identifiers, platform).
Purposes
Data is used to deliver the service, manage billing via Stripe, provide support and improve the platform.
Hosting and processors
Data is stored with Supabase and payments are processed by Stripe. These providers apply their own security measures.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability of your data. To exercise these rights, write to support@voralgo.com.
Retention
Data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and then archived or deleted in accordance with legal obligations.
